iFilm to air series finale for ‘The Friendly Ghost’

The final episode for ‘The Friendly Ghost’ series has been scheduled to hit the screen on Tuesday evening.

Directed by Amir Qavidel, the 17th episode of the series will hit the screen on the fifth of October at 22:00 GMT. It is also set to repeat three times the next day at 04:00, 10:00 and 16:00 all GMT times.

The series story is about Mirza Ali-Akbar a religious man, known for his virtue. When he dies unexpectedly Sogol, his sensitive and smart little grandchild, starts to tell everyone that her grandfather is not dead. She keeps seeing him in the house. Nobody believes her except for Mirza’s wicked brother.

The cast list for ‘The Friendly Ghost’ includes Sorayya Qasemi, Mohammad Kasbi, Behzad Farahani, Maral Farjad, Fatemeh Taheri, Ardalan Shoja-Kaveh and Ramsin Kebriti.

Since Wednesday the show will be replaced by ‘Detective Alavi-1’ directed by Hassan Hedayat.
